About KSEC
What is this site and who are we ?
KSEC was started by Kai Castledine back in 2017, today is KSEC Worldwide LTD. The core of the company provides a range of security services. Our key focus is within Cyber Security but we cover multiple aspects of technology, such as RFID Microchips and Physical Security.
This site was a personal blog of Kais through the begining of his cyber sec career and was part of the KSEC journey. ARK Stands for “Assurance Resources & Knowledgebase”. Assurance is a fancy work for the Cyber Security department or pentester teams within larger consultancys. KSEC ARK maintains and hosts, free, open-source tools and information to help guide, train and improve any security researcher, pentester or organisation. The aim to create a more secure, security oriented world.
This site is a collection of findings, guides or just general info for people to read & learn and hopefully take inspiration. Legacy and outdated information may be present on some of these pages as they show the time when this site was orginally created. If you spot any, please let us know !
Why this site ?
Unfortunately, many only invest in security after its too late. The idea to change the mindset of peoples view of security, it’s a step in the right direction. We have all learnt a lot from what we’ve found online, so it’s time to give something back for others to learn from.
